Taken my vehicle to the branch in Bletchley, Milton Keynes for an engine light fault. As I suspected the engine light was erroneous, thanks to the professional and helpful staff. So thanks and I'll be back in future for any further work.

I have been taking my car to Mr Clutch in 445-451 High Road Leyton since last year 2020 for repairs and other services. The members of the staff are very professional and polite, even if they have to deal with difficult customers. When a mistake takes place by their hands with a car, like a recent experience I had that didn't end up in a major incident, rest assured they will make it right until you are satisfied. I want to thank you to all staff members for their assistance, in special to the duty manager Fodi. Keep up the good job and attitude!

My grandad took his Kia to the Nottingham depot on Monday last week to have the clutch replaced, quoted amount was very reasonable and fitted him in straight away - couldn’t have been happier with the service and would highly recommend.

UNHAPPY ,was quoted £650 for clutch…
UNHAPPY ,let down,was quoted £650 for clutch £950 if my taxi needed fly wheel on 31st may dropped my taxi didn't get car back until 9th June,lost eight days work over the queens jubilee,then told total price £1,950,garage did tell me they had to get part from head office ,but did not say it would be £950 extra. ,invoice no 141257558 , have now gone to trading standards.Mr M,Wells

I had my car air con recharged along with an antibacterial clean at the Southend branch, and a fast, efficient service was received. Antonio runs a tight ship and even though the online page wouldn't let me book the day I wanted, he sorted it out for me and got it done when I wanted. I have also been emailed by MILS regarding them taking legal action. Problem is my review it the truth so really I’m like to see how this goes.
Mr clutch have come up with a different excuse now about why may car wasn’t there fault this is the 3rd. But have failed to even read my review properly. I have it in email and recorded.
They have still not offered any sensible compensation but insist I use there warranty and they will pay half an independent assessment. But after giving them (4 CHANCES) not visits like in the MILS email. I don’t think I would be in my right mind if I returned the car to them.
Reading some of the positive reviews seems to come from some of Mr clutches staff, including the customer service manager ? they clearly will try anything.
Please Mr Clutch, I’m tired and exhausted and stressed after a nearly a year. Please can I have at least some of my money back so I can fix my car.

Don’t believe the standard reply seeing as we have been through there resolution people and MILS have given me several emails.

Leaving a negative review on trustpilot…
Leaving a negative review on trustpilot prompts these cowboys to threaten legal action. So most people remove their reviews to save the bother.
Do. Not. Trust. Your. Vehicle. With. This. Franchise.
I recieved an extremely poorly written letter from their "solicitors", who are also cowboys, for leaving negative feedback.
My vehicle was returned with loose wheel nuts and half a service completed.
Its been around 5 months and their hollow, poorly written threat of further action hasnt materialised.
Didnt think it would. ;)

Mr Clutch Norwich.
I was driving home recently and suddenly my clutch failed. I called Shawn at Mr Clutch in Norwich, had a quote and a booking less than a week later for a replacement. Shawn and the team were very knowledgeable, but more importantly showed me the problems and additional damage caused by my clutch failure. "Damage to the gearbox nose cone and control arm bearing" these were replaced same day and I had my car repaired and rebuilt within 3 hrs. Couldn't be happier with the staff at the Norwich branch and will use them again. The additional service check visits were an excellent bonus to the service and the price was fair and reflected the service. Legends!

Since leaving my previous review I have been contacted by Customer Relations Manager several times from Mr Clutch who omitted they where aware of issues like these
“ It rings bells and we need to jump on actions from our staff like this, so it wont happen in the future, so please can I have your reg number,
then I can start an investigation into it, with CCTV and call recordings”
I’m not interested in an investigation what is done is done and I simply won’t go back. I had to ask 3 times not to be contacted.
Anyway. Now I seem to have a company called MILS suggesting that they may take legal action for Mr clutches problem who are clearly aware of it. I’m not looking for any compensation or any warranty service. Just want to be left alone. The review is the same as my car what’s done is done and I think that’s fair,
I think Mr clutch needs to have a good look inside there own company them

I’ve been using the Norwich branch for a few years and always have a good experience. Recently took my car in to diagnose a knocking noise and the team couldn’t have been more helpful.

Book my car in for MOT and Full service and experienced shoddy work from the CHINGFORD branch. They have had a change in management and since taken on people with no mechanical experience. While I was there waiting for them to rectify the bodge job they did, another customer had arrived complaining about their shoddy work. They claim to fix an issue that they initially created and ask you to bring the car back to fix it and create more problems and have the cheek to talk to you especially when your women that you don’t know what your talking about and advise you to take the car elsewhere. How can you forgot to put the engine hub cap back onto the car, how can you make a mistake about putting the spark plugs back properly which is causing the engine management light to stay on after the car been given a full service. I was still not happy with their shoddy work and had to have a diagnostic check on the car by RAC who confirmed the cylinder 4 spark plug that these cowboys did was not put back on properly was causing the car to misfire which was not a problem before I brought the car to these cowboys . Companies like this need to be shut down fast…
